How it works

Three steps. One label. Live bids on the wall.

You stay the seller. We run the bidding and hand you the highest offer with the collector's verified contact.

Photograph and set the starting bid

Add each artwork on display: photo, artist, title, the lowest offer you'd accept. Add as many as you're showing.

≈ 40 seconds per artwork

Print the label, place it by the artwork

One credit per artwork activates bidding for up to 72 hours. You get a printable A6 wall label with its own QR.

Questions

Before you print your first label

Does the collector need an app or an account?
No. They scan the QR, enter an amount and their email, and type a 6-digit code we send them. That's the whole thing. We never ask for a name.
What happens when bidding closes?
The highest valid offer wins. The winner receives your contact and a one-hour priority reservation; you receive the winner and the full offer history. You complete the sale directly, however you normally would.
Is a bid binding?
A bid is an offer to purchase at that amount, made under the bidder terms. The sale itself — invoice, payment, delivery — happens between you and the collector. ArtBidHere provides the bidding software; it is not a party to the sale.
Can I change something after going live?
Yes. Title, artist and details are editable at any time. Image, starting bid and increment can be changed until the first offer arrives. The closing time is fixed at activation and never changes. You can also pause an artwork, withdraw it, or add a new one while at least an hour remains.
Do collectors see each other's bids?
They see the current leading amount and how many offers there are — never who made them. After close, the public page shows only that bidding has ended.
Which currencies and countries?
Bids can be in EUR, GBP or USD. You can use ArtBidHere anywhere; the interface and emails are in English and Spanish, and the wall label prints in the language you choose.

Your next fair is a good place to try it.

Preparing is free. Go live when the work is on the wall.
